Debugging
- Go to ShahiAssist → Settings → Advanced.
- Enable “Enable debug logging”.
- Logs are written to
wp-content/uploads/shahi-assist/logs/debug.log. - Check logs for errors, API calls, and webhook deliveries.
- Disable debug mode in production to avoid performance issues.
- 404 on KB Pages: Flush permalinks in Settings → Permalinks.
- Emails Not Sending: Configure SMTP in Settings → Email.
- API 401 Errors: Regenerate Application Passwords.
- Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily.
- JavaScript Errors: Check console for theme/plugin conflicts.
