How to Troubleshoot and Get Support

Debugging

  1. Go to ShahiAssist → Settings → Advanced.
  2. Enable “Enable debug logging”.
  3. Logs are written to wp-content/uploads/shahi-assist/logs/debug.log.
  4. Check logs for errors, API calls, and webhook deliveries.
  5. Disable debug mode in production to avoid performance issues.
  6. Common Issues

    • 404 on KB Pages: Flush permalinks in Settings → Permalinks.
    • Emails Not Sending: Configure SMTP in Settings → Email.
    • API 401 Errors: Regenerate Application Passwords.
    • Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily.
    • JavaScript Errors: Check console for theme/plugin conflicts.
