Creating Legal Documents via Questionnaire

Overview

Generate privacy policies, terms of service, and cookie policies using the guided questionnaire.

Steps

1. Go to WordPress Admin → ComplyFlow → Legal Documents.
2. Click Create New Policy.
3. Complete each step of the 8-step questionnaire (company info, data types, legal basis, vendors, retention, rights, cookies, contact).
4. Review the generated policy in the editor.
5. Make any necessary edits or customizations.
6. Click Save to store the policy.
7. Use the provided shortcode to publish the policy on your site.

• The questionnaire auto-detects plugins and integrations for relevant clauses.
• Use the preview to check formatting before publishing.
• Regularly update your policies as your business or regulations change.
